REFUND POLICY

All the Monetary refunds shall be made within 7 to 10 working days. Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only. No refund will be made if the order is cancelled on the same day.

 

    Note: 7 % Transaction fee will be deducted

    RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

    In case a damaged product is delivered to the recipient, the product will be replaced with a new but same product. However, if the product is tempered by the recipient or sender, or anyone who is not authorized by Uplifting Flower Shop, the company will not replace, refund or take any responsibility for the product.

    If a product is received damaged, the sender/recipient shall send the pictures of the damaged product for complaint review to support@uplifting.ae

 

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    A customer can cancel the order One Day before the delivery date. Either customer can reserve the order for future event or request for a refund.

We accept returns within 8 hours of receipt, only if their delivery packaging has not been opened. Please notify us and return the box in its original packaging.

    No refund will be made if the order is cancelled on the same day.

    DELIVERY POLICY

We deliver our Products to UAE. Delivery will be done by our vans under refrigeration .

To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or email address so that in the event of any delivery problems being encountered Uplifting.ae, or an Uplifting.ae florist, may contact you and or the recipient to confirm delivery details to enable delivery to be made in your timeline
